How data is protected
- Stored data, including session notes, is encrypted with AES.
- Everything between your browser and our servers goes over TLS.
- MelloMinds runs on secure cloud infrastructure with access controls, monitoring and regular backups.
DPDPA
India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act applies to client data you hold. MelloMinds helps with the parts that live in software:
- consent is recorded when a client accepts your consent form
- access to records depends on each person's role
- you can export or delete a client's data when they ask
What's still on you
How you use and share client information is your responsibility. That includes keeping downloaded files safe and only transferring notes when the client agrees.
On your side
Use a password you don't use anywhere else, sign out on shared computers, and remove people from your team as soon as they leave.
