Do clients need an account?

No. They book, fill in forms and pay through links you send them.

Does it work on my phone?

Yes. It runs in the browser on a phone, tablet or computer.

Is there a cap on bookings?

No. Each therapist can take as many bookings as they like.

Scheduling

Can I offer in-person and online sessions?

Yes. Each service can be in person, on video (Google Meet) or by phone. See Appointments & Booking.

How do I avoid double bookings?

Connect Google Calendar. Anything marked busy there disappears from your booking page.

Billing

How can clients pay?

UPI, card, net banking or wallet, through Razorpay. See Online Payments.

Can I refund a session?

Yes, all of it or part of it. See Invoices & Refunds.

Data

Can I get my data out?

Yes. You can download your client list as a spreadsheet at any time.

How is it kept safe?
