# Online Payments

Payments go through Razorpay, so clients can pay by UPI, card, net banking or wallet. They can pay when they book, or later from a link you send.

## Setting it up

1. Go to **Settings → Payments**.
2. Connect your Razorpay account. If you don't have one, you can create it from there.
3. Add a fee to each service.
4. Decide whether clients have to pay to confirm a booking, or can pay afterwards.

Money goes straight to your Razorpay account. Razorpay sets its own transaction fees.

## Seeing who's paid

The **Payments** page lists paid, pending and refunded sessions. Unpaid sessions also show on your dashboard.

## Cash and bank transfers

If a client pays you directly, mark the session as paid yourself. An invoice is still created, so your records stay complete.
