# Multi-Therapist Practices

Clinics can run all their therapists from one account. Each therapist still has their own calendar, booking link, client list and notes.

## Adding a therapist

1. Go to **Settings → Team**.
2. Click **Invite therapist** and enter their email.
3. Give them a role.

## Roles

| Role | Can |
| --- | --- |
| Admin | Manage the team, billing and settings, and see practice-wide reports |
| Therapist | Manage their own clients, sessions and notes |
| Front desk | Book and move sessions and handle payments. Can't see notes. |

## One link for the whole practice

You can share a single booking link for the clinic. Clients either choose a therapist themselves, or you assign the booking to someone.
